            Lieut

            I have the honor to make the following report of my office in compliance with your letter just rec’d

1st I have my office in a large two story building one large front room 24 by 16 feet and furnished with a fire place for heating

2nd Rented for an office

3rd owned by Dr. J. Branch of Tampa FLA

4th you I suppose will establish the rental value (they ask me $11.00)—— my office is situated on the corner of Washington and Monroe Streets

            Hoping this may be satisfactory I remain

** This letter was sent from Wm. Vance who was acting agent for Hernando County after Perry G. Wall could not take his oath.  This letter outlined the building for which Agent Vance had established his office and the value of rent of that building.  Every detail as to what the agents were doing was to be reported and monitored, even the buildings the local offices were established in as shown in this report or letter.
