This marker was installed on June 14, 2019, to mark the 100th anniversary of the building known as the Land Office Building or the Milbauer Building at Main Street and Grand Boulevard in New Port Richey. The building was built in 1919. It was intended to be a bank, but instead was used initially by the Port Richey Company to sell land. |
